Rory MacDonald and Lizandra Bailey both have extensive backgrounds in franchise law and between them have over 20 years experience in franchising advice and assistance. Rory has had many years legal experience in both New Zealand and Australia, in firms of all sizes. He has attended and presented papers at many franchise conferences in New Zealand, Australia and Asia and is well known in the local franchise community. A recent arrival to MacDonald Pilcher, Lizandra has a stong background in franchise law having worked with some of the largest franchises in New Zealand. She has a talent for modernising and clarifying all aspects of law, making documents clearer, succinct yet comprehensive, and understandable to the customers she works with.
